You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and account password. All activities under your account are considered conducted by you. gk5 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your login information by third parties.

User Responsibilities

- Comply with all rules and procedures set by gk5 from time to time.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the gk5 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). gk5 accepts various local payment methods including online bank transfers, e-wallets like TNG eWallet, and other approved methods displayed on the deposit page during transactions.
Deposit
Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. gk5 does not accept deposits from third parties. The minimum deposit amount is stated on the deposit page and may vary depending on ongoing promotions.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to identity verification and fulfillment of applicable wagering requirements. gk5 reserves the right to request verification documents before approving withdrawals for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected payment method and current conditions. gk5 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by gk5 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated on the relevant promotion pages. Abuse of bonuses or promotional fraud may result in bonus cancellation and action taken against the account involved.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits

Gk5 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases of breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from relevant authorities, or at gk5’s sole discretion. If an account is closed due to violation of terms, the remaining balance may not be refunded depending on the circumstances.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the gk5 customer support team. All valid remaining funds will be returned after verification is completed.
Liability Limit
To the extent permitted by applicable law, gk5 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform. gk5’s total liability to any user will not exceed the amount deposited by the user within the thirty (30) days prior to the claim.
Gk5 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruptions, errors, or technical issues. We strive to minimize any service disruptions and will notify users of any planned maintenance.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Changes
Intellectual Property
